Who Was Makenzie Swanson Larson?
Makenzie Swanson was born the 4th of August on 1994 in Fargo, North Dakota. It was her mother’s day. Tom Swanson and Julie Swanson and had two siblings, a brother called Trey and an older sister named Morgan. Makenzie went to Fargo South High School and then went to the University of North Dakota, where she earned an undergraduate degree in communication Sciences as well as Disorders.
Makenzie’s Life and Accomplishments
Makenzie was a skilled athlete who played soccer for a number of years. She was part of the Fargo South High School soccer team as well as the North Dakota ODP team. While in college, Makenzie kept playing soccer, and she was part of the University of North Dakota women’s soccer team.
After graduating from the college, Makenzie started her career as a Speech-Language Therapist within Sanford Health. She worked with children as well as adult patients, and helped them communicate and to improve their communication and language skills.
Makenzie was also enthusiastic about helping her local community. She was a volunteer in the Ronald McDonald House, the Children’s Miracle Network, and the Special Olympics.
A celebration of the life of Makenzie will take place at the Hope Lutheran Church in Fargo, North Dakota, on May 5th, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
Makenzie Swanson-Larson was a wonderful sister, daughter and friend. She was also a coworker. She was kind to everyone and was always eager to help to people who were in need. Her positive outlook and radiant smile made a difference in the lives of countless people. She will be greatly missed.

Makenzie Swanson Larson died on April 27 2022, at 27 years old. Her parents survive her Tom as well as Julie Swanson, her brother Trey Swanson, and her sister Morgan Swanson.
